The company Tropicaux from Guinea, which specializes in processing and exporting dried fruit, uses machines from KRONEN GmbH to professionally process fresh pineapples. The company has invested in three manual machine solutions developed by KRONEN to optimize its production processes for high-quality dried pineapple rings for the international market.
Processing 20,000 kilograms of fresh fruit every day
At its site in Guinea, Tropicaux processes approximately 20,000 kilograms of fresh, locally grown fruit everyday, primarily pineapples of the Baron variety which are native to Guinea. The cut fruit is then processed further to create dried products, which are distributed worldwide to locations such as the US, the EU, and various African countries. To meet growing demands with regard to quality and efficiency, Tropicaux relies on machine solutions from KRONEN.
